Information on each page is provided in 5 sections in the following order:
Global and local navigation may be accessed immediately or skipped at any time using access keys. Local navigation may be access directly after the local navigation subheading, or by reverse-tabbing from the website content. Local navigation may also be re-visited at the end of each document via the "return to local navigation" link.
Content starts directly after local navigation. Content may be accessed as it is presented, or through the local navigation.
Additional information appears after footer information. Additional information includes links and image long descriptions. Content in the additional information area is generally accessed as it is required within the main body of the page.
Images containing visual content are described in long description redirections. Long description redirections are listed immediately after the image. Activating the redirection will link to a footnote describing the information visually conveyed by the image. This description is also followed by a link, which when activated will return to the point in the content where the redirection left off.
